Submission Guidelines
You can submit one joke at a time for our moderation queue. As soon as we’ve made a decision, you’ll be able to submit again. You’ll receive an automatic email if your joke is accepted, otherwise we have passed on it.
We’ll use your PIC account info to automatically generate your byline, and we’ll catalog your accepted jokes on your Author Page, in our Jokes section, on the homepage, and around the site.
We occasionally post jokes to our social platforms. If you’ve added social links to your PIC profile, we’ll tag you in those posts if possible.
Jokes we prefer:
- Evergreen material
- Laugh out loud funny
- Weird funny
- Specific funny
- Depth/layers/tags
- Fresh fare or flair
Jokes we tend to decline:
- Recent news cycle stuff
- Minor wordplay alone
- Satire news headlines
