HOLLYWOOD – After getting engaged in June, Actors Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have announced their latest project: child-bearing. The child is due sometime in the spring of 2006 and is said to be a blockbuster hit. The couple is excited about the new project with Cruise saying “it feels like bringing new life into the world or something like that.” The couple hopes the birth will erase the tepid response to this year's War of the Worlds.
Cruise, 43, and Holmes, 26, began their relationship back in April, but things soon livened up when Cruise proposed. Cruise has been increasingly open about his feelings for Holmes, despite his usual secluded lifestyle. His only previous personal openness was regarding his belief in Sciencetology which may explain why he’d want to “shut the hell up and not draw more attention.”
In related news, Ashton Kutcher is rumored to debut the latest season of Punk’d when the baby is born. Sources say Demi Moore will play a part in the episode. Something says she isn’t going to like it. Stay tuned for more details.
