Okay we get it, people of facebook. Saying, "Happy Turkey Day" instead of "Happy Thanksgiving" doesn't make you any more unique than the last guy you got the idea from while creeping on his old high school photos and oh look is that you at the prom? Wow, would've gone with a different color suit.

As I was saying, switching it up doesn't make it cooler, it doesn't define you as a person. No one is sitting there thinking—whilst scrolling through their news feed looking to see who else is preggers—

"Wow! Turkey Day!? I get it! Because if you really think about it, you are eating a turkey and it totally saves time and makes more sense to switch it out. It's so original! I wonder what they're doing later… Maybe I should give them a call."

—That never happens. So excuse me while I berate the individuals that choose to not conform all the while conforming to a lower standard of idiots-that-think-they're-cool-when-taking-pictures-in-a-bathroom-with-their-shirt-off-and-flexing-whoa-dude-that's-a-big-mole-you-should-get-that-checked-out.

Happy Thanksgiving you nerds!

PS: It holds as much weight as "I'm pregnant" on the ol' FB these days.
