About PIC
Points in Case began in September 1999 as a college humor column posted in the dorm bathrooms of Emory University. From there, it became a monthly emailed column passed around the nation during the fervent forwarding days of the late 90's. In December 2000, the issues were posted online here, along with the dumbest quotes on campus and the funniest away messages online.
Today, Points in Case is the largest online college publication, showcasing the best of college life in our articles, columns, blogs and quotes to over half a million readers a month. But we couldn't have done it without super-talented comedy writers and enthusiastic contributors like you.
Our number one goal at Points in Case is to make you laugh. If that also means curing your boredom, helping you procrastinate, or spurring your imagination, then so be it. You'll find that we are mostly comedic, often sarcastic, and always strangely insightful or inexplicably delightful. Welcome to PIC, we hope you enjoy your stay and come back as a member!
