Ethan is a writer from Portland, Oregon currently living in Boston. After trying stand-up comedy in college once and discovering his paralyzing fear of other people, he turned to writing comedy instead. Ethan's work has appeared in Narrative, plain china, and Ploughshares. His greatest achievement in comedy is making Natalie Portman laugh one time in 2015.
