A Little Something I'm Working On

I'm a fan. Understanding finances and the market and all that jazz has never come easily to me, so it's nice to be able to learn a little something in plain English and get a laugh at the same time. I'd like to offer something constructive, but one of the reasons I became a counselor was so I wouldn't have to worry much about this kind of stuff. Helping people is an added perk or something. Keep it up, Nate.

I work in finance, and it is nice to hear your schpiel. Fact is--Wall St is not as sexy as most people think. Anyway, a few topics you may be interested in:
1) Seth Tobias - he epitimizes the dangers of 2&20
2) Super-duper senior tranche CMBS - try explaining that; I am f'ing serious that some crackheads made this up.
3) MER trader dropping a deucer on his desk. That's just unprofessional
4) Money honeys of CNBC - I'm convinced they're the reason no one toons into Bloomberg which often has better coverage
5) Asian Squawk Box - Need I say more?
6) Meredith Whitney - everybody talks about her doomsday predictions, but more importantly--what is she like in the sack? I'm thinking she's a dominatrix. That's just me. Not my thing. Though the only other option is probably Good day Abby Cohan. Pretty sure she was born before the crash of '07.
