I Fart Fuckabees

At first it smelled funny, then it just wallowed in its own aroma.

I Heart Huckabees is one of those movies where you're never sure if you're supposed to "get it," or whether it's just a crude compilation of "high comedy" and philosophical brain farts.

I felt the same way about Napolean Dynamite, only I came to appreciate the one-liners and simplicity of such an un-laugh-out-loud movie. Good thing, or else I would've been shunned by young social circles everywhere right?

Netflix has always been an obsession of mine, but I think they're really going in the right direction with this "Friends" feature. Add me to your friends list and find out what current pop culture is polluting my mind. (I'm not sure if you can directly view my share page unless you're a Netflix member...guess they should work on that.)

I heart huckabees wasnt a movie that anyone "got" nor was it high comedy and philosophical brain farts. I cant exactly remember what happened in the movie to prove this, but after seeing the movie a few months ago in theaters, all i can remember is that hideous image of whoever that man was breast feeding something.

I guess I thought there was more alcohol in those things. Imagine my surprise when it was merely apple juice!

i rented i heart huckabees cus my cousin told me it was a good movie... i after watching it i came to the conclusion that my cousin is a really big weirdo

how can you not like i heart huckabees? its one of the happiest movies i've ever seen. Its an exploration of exestential thinking at its best - unpretentious yet still willing to advocate thinking. It congers up both of the main two areas of existential thinking, ie everything is connected and thus it is worth trying, or everything is disconnected and thus it is not worth trying.

this is an important debate in the history of human thinking and although i err towards the prior, i believe it is imperative to at least think about both sides and decide for yourself what the best path is.

If you don't like this movie because you think its pretentious, i would assume that you just don't like movies that make you think.

also, comparing i heart huckabees to napolean dynamite is the most absurd. how can you compare a movie that is still funny while it makes you think to one that is only funny if you don't think. rediculous
