No it does not make him "sound ignorant." It's a joke you moron. When you read comedy, expect jokes. Furthermore, including the phrase "sound ignorant" makes you sound stupid. A person is not just ignorant, a person is ignorant of something. For example, the idiot who as posted above me is clearly ignorant of all things regarding the proper use of English, despite the fact that it is almost certainly his first and onlt language. This misuse of the word ignorant has been going on for too long and I'mmaking it my personal mission to end it.
