So, what you are saying - all these characters are not stereotypically represented as male/female (which they totally are... all girls wear skirts, all have specific gender features, their bodies wear visible signs of their gender, their voices are gendered.. most of the time, their body language too), thus, they must be gay?
Do you realize how ridiculous you sound?
Ok, He Man is pretty disturbing but my last issue is connected with his pink vest. The whole show was moronic.
I think you are projecting today's stereotypes what is/what is not gay over some characters which are not created to be sexually (different) Most of them are portrayed as heterosexual or their heterosexuality is implied by not mentioning it.
Welma is not more gay than I am (but heck, I do not have fashion sense... that is, I wear comfortable clothes and glasses and short hair. OMG!! I am totally gay. And I though to be gay is related with which gender you prefer to have sex with. Oh, well. At least I learned that your look defines you, not your actions. Thanks.)
Lastly, Bugs Bunny humiliated Elmer all the time and what is more humiliating (in the mind of some straight and conservative) dudes than a male giving a kiss to another male?
Do you find me pretty? - is a standard question women always ask (or so I have heard) and is regularly used in toons.
The objects he put in his mouth were, imagine that, carrots. 'Couse he is a rabbit and rabbits eat vegetables (and carrots are vegetables)... got it? (Yes, yes, not that hilarious joke nut there are not gay implications here.)
And anyway... why do you care if they are/not gay?
P.P. How did you manage to compile this amount of stupid logic, I have no idea but I respect that. Everyone has some special talents. :)
