I do not like this show whatsoever. Seriously, does no one else see how lamely predictable it is? Am I the only sane one here!? What is happening?

Hugh Laurie in the TV show House on FOXDon't get me wrong, I am certainly a fan of Hugh Laurie. Hey, I would be down to watch movies he's in, but until then I am no longer subjecting myself to further the cause of some terrible TV show. Here are my reasons:

  1. These "doctors" always break into the patients' houses to find out what is causing their disease…. Are you insane? That never happens. My mother didn't come home to some creepy Doc snooper looking in my room for the cause of my distress when I had my tonsils taken out and do you want to know why? BECAUSE THAT NEVER HAPPENS WHAT KIND OF WORLD DO WE LIVE IN WHERE DOCTORS CAN BREAK INTO YOUR HOUSE WILLYNILLY AND STEAL YOUR PERSONABLES!?! It's like, why don't they just have the police do their job and request for something like that? I would believe that one of those "doctors" had a connect in the police department; even that I would believe, but to have these dudes commit felonies for the safety of their patient? Come on, guys, we hate each other. No one is that nice.
  2. It's the same thing over and over and over and over and over and over again. See how boring that was to read? That is exactly what the show is like. This is the show right here: patient comes in with crazy insane disease that seems untreatable; House and his crack "team" get to work and try and try and try to figure out what is happening all the while the patient is getting worse; then, right around the 45 minute mark, the "team" figures out what was wrong, but only, THEY DIDN'T find out what was wrong and the patient worsens; then someone from this genius "team" says something off topic to House and suddenly! it clicks, and they save the patient in time. Whew!
  3. There's too much drama that amounts to nothing. House isn't happy when he's with Cuddy because he doesn't think he should be happy when Wilson isn't. What? What does that even mean? Is he a real person? I'm happy whenever I want to be happy; this guy can't even get over his boyfriend enough to enjoy what he has right in front of him? Good grief, Charlie Brown.
  4. And for the love of all that is logical, how can there be this many incredibly rare and puzzling diseases? And they all get dropped on House? Like there's not another, not mean and antisocial doctor out there who is willing and able to save lives? Oh well.

I'm usually not this mean. I try not to be anyway. But I'm just not happy when I know that my friend Blake isn't happy. His girlfriend just dumped him for another more "well-adjusted" suitor.

False. I'm happy right now. And Blake doesn't even exist.

I guess I'll just chalk it up to terrible TV writing. Which is something that happens far too much this day and age in the TV world. It saddens me.

False. I'm happy.
