I rarely check the banner ads on facebook. I just don't want to join other social networks, enlarge my penis or list every single comic book that I own. However, it is amazing how they use info from your FB profile to find (in)appropriate ads for you.
Lately, I've been seeing this banner ad with the headline: "Meet Singles In Your Area."
I am single. Big deal. And I do like cute girls, and this girl is obviously pretty. But look closer. Is that a California flag behind her? Okay, I won't be such a prick, I can handle Californicators. But, that other red flag with blue stripes, is that? Could it be? Yes, it is.
A Confederate Flag?!?!
Facebook, that's the kind of girl you think I want to date? I mean, she probably just thinks it's a cool thing from the Dukes of Hazzard (and doesn't know that the Johnny Knoxville dogshit movie was once a dogshit 1980s TV show). Or maybe she's a big Kid Rock fan?
Most likely, the photo was taken in her boyfriend's pad. Or perhaps she just banged somebody on her roommate's bed, and her hump buddy took a photo while she was on the bed.
Whatever the truth is, this girl has a lot of intriguing questions to be answered.
